Spirits Return Policy
If you find yourself unsatisfied with an unopened spirit, you may return it for a full refund. We believe in the quality of our spirits and want you to be fully content with your selection.
Wine and Saké Sales
Please note that all sales of wines and sakés are final. We cannot accept returns for a refund, credit, or exchange on these items. Each bottle is chosen with care to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Exchange Policy for Defective Items
In the rare event that you encounter a defective bottle of wine, spirit, or saké, we will happily exchange it for an item of equal or greater value. Our aim is to ensure that every experience you have with our products is exceptional.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine from Vintage Cellars Wine & Spirits. By placing your order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age requirement. All deliveries must be received by an adult of legal drinking age. Please note, we strictly adhere to this policy for the safety and compliance with legal regulations.
Shipping Address Requirements
For security and verification purposes, orders must be shipped to the billing address. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill orders shipped to a different address or to P.O. boxes.
You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order and a second email when your order is processed and prepared for shipment. In case of any issues with your order, we will contact you by the end of the next business day.

Shipping Costs and Confirmation
Please be aware that shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed when your order is placed. All shipping costs are non-refundable once the package has been shipped.
State Shipping Restrictions
Due to various state regulations, we may be unable to ship wine to certain states. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Currently, we are only shipping within the state of New York. For detailed information on state laws concerning alcohol shipments.
Delivery Limitations
We cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes, and certain items may only be delivered to the billing address.
